All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds 

Thrifted clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. Each product is described in detail and provides close-up photos if necessary to the best ability. Custom embroidered items are made specifically for you and the chances they would be sold again is low due to the fact that this is a small business and the color/design combinations one may choose are endless. 

Exceptions

• We made a mistake regarding your shipping information.
• We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
• We sent the wrong item, the item is incorrect, or a mistake on an item is made
